Yeah, I'm ok, at least temporarily. Woke up the other morning and, due to the abuses I used to put my body through, and my obsessive soda drinking I puked up stomach acid, which happens to me every now and again. This time however, there was some blood mixed in with the acid. So I think I may have given myself bleeding ulsers. Oh, well, nothing that a slight change in diet and a lot of pepcid can't fix. At any rate, it had me feeling pretty crappy most of the day, hence the entry.
